Refund, Return, Shipping & Purchase Policy

Welcome to JEHESMIPA LLC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Refund, Return, Shipping & Purchase Policy, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Purchase, and all other policies published on our website.

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise expressly stated in this policy.

Our products are cosmetic products intended solely to improve the cosmetic appearance of the hair, scalp, and skin. Cosmetic results naturally vary from person to person depending on numerous factors including, but not limited to, previous chemical services, hair porosity, hair level, natural pigmentation, application technique, processing time, maintenance routine, and individual characteristics.

Customer testimonials, before-and-after photographs, advertisements, product descriptions, educational materials, videos, and social media content are provided for informational purposes only and shall never be interpreted as a promise, warranty, or guarantee that identical cosmetic results will be achieved. No specific cosmetic result is guaranteed.

If you wish to return an unopened product, your request must be submitted within five (5) calendar days after delivery. The product must remain factory sealed, unused, unopened, and in its original condition exactly as received.

Returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. JEHESMIPA LLC reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a returned product qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds apply only to the purchase price of eligible products. Original outbound shipping charges, shipping insurance, expedited processing fees, gift wrapping, promotional items, and all other service fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Products that have been opened, used, tested, altered, damaged, tampered with, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance due to applicable health and safety regulations governing cosmetic products.

 

Order Modifications, Order Cancellations & Shipping Policy

Orders begin processing immediately after they are successfully placed. For this reason, JEHESMIPA LLC cannot guarantee that modification or cancellation requests will be accepted, even if submitted shortly after the order has been placed.

Customers may request changes to an order by contacting our Customer Support team; however, submission of a request does not constitute acceptance of the requested modification or cancellation. Any modification or cancellation is valid only after the customer has received written confirmation from JEHESMIPA LLC.

If an order has already entered fulfillment, packaging, label creation, or has been transferred to the shipping carrier, no modifications can be made. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to products, quantities, shipping addresses, shipping methods, customer information, or combining multiple orders.

Because many of our orders are processed within minutes of being received, JEHESMIPA LLC cannot guarantee that emails, contact forms, live chats, voicemails, text messages, or social media messages will be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. The customer's attempt to contact us does not suspend, delay, or stop the processing of an order.

Orders may only be cancelled before fulfillment begins and only after JEHESMIPA LLC has confirmed the cancellation in writing. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

If a customer requests a different product after an order has already shipped, the original order will not be modified. Any replacement order shall be treated as a new purchase, and the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping charges, including return shipping (when applicable) and the outbound shipping cost of the replacement order.

Original shipping charges represent a transportation service that has already been provided by an independent shipping carrier and are therefore non-refundable. Approved refunds apply only to eligible products and never include outbound shipping charges, shipping insurance, expedited shipping fees, or other shipping-related services.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. JEHESMIPA LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Packages returned to JEHESMIPA LLC because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be reshipped only after payment of a new shipping charge.

Shipping services are provided by independent third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other logistics providers. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. JEHESMIPA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, natural disasters, labor disputes, force majeure events, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Any claim for a lost, delayed, or damaged shipment must be handled in accordance with the carrier's procedures, although JEHESMIPA LLC may assist the customer, at its sole discretion, in submitting a claim when applicable.

 

Defective Products, Incorrect Orders & Product Safety

If you believe you have received an incorrect product or a product with a manufacturing defect, you must notify JEHESMIPA LLC within forty-eight (48) hours after the delivery date.

Your claim must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, clear photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, all products received, and any other information reasonably requested by JEHESMIPA LLC.

Failure to provide the required information within the required time period may result in denial of the claim.

JEHESMIPA LLC reserves the sole and exclusive right to inspect the claim and determine whether a product qualifies as incorrect or defective. If the claim is approved, JEHESMIPA LLC may, at its sole discretion, replace the product, issue store credit, or provide another appropriate remedy. Refunds are not automatically granted.

Normal cosmetic variations, including but not limited to color, fragrance, viscosity, texture, or appearance caused by natural ingredients, manufacturing lots, temperature changes during shipping, or storage conditions, shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, ingredients, directions, warnings, and intended use before purchasing and before applying any product.

All cosmetic products should be used strictly according to the instructions provided by JEHESMIPA LLC.

Customers are strongly encouraged to perform a patch test at least twenty-four (24) hours before full application. Failure to perform a patch test is done at the customer's own risk.

JEHESMIPA LLC shall not be responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, scalp irritation, staining, discoloration, unexpected cosmetic results, misuse, over-processing, improper application, failure to follow instructions, combination with third-party products, previous chemical treatments, or any condition outside our reasonable control.

Our products are intended exclusively for cosmetic purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Statements made on our website, product labels, advertisements, social media platforms, educational materials, emails, or customer service communications have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration unless expressly required by law.

Any FDA facility registration, cosmetic listing, or regulatory filing does not constitute FDA approval, certification, endorsement, or evaluation of any cosmetic product.

By purchasing and using our products, the customer acknowledges that all cosmetic products involve individual variability and accepts full responsibility for their selection, application, and use.

 

Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order through our website, the customer expressly authorizes JEHESMIPA LLC to rely upon the information submitted during checkout as confirmation of the customer's intent to purchase.

The customer acknowledges that acceptance of these policies during checkout constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer and JEHESMIPA LLC.

Any payment dispute, chargeback, bank reversal, or claim filed contrary to these published policies may be contested by JEHESMIPA LLC using all available evidence, including but not limited to order records, checkout acceptance logs, payment authorization records, fraud screening reports, customer communications, shipment confirmations, delivery confirmations, tracking history, IP address records, device identification, photographs, video evidence, signed delivery confirmations when available, and any other documentation deemed relevant.

The customer agrees to contact JEHESMIPA LLC before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute in order to allow the company a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

Chargebacks submitted for reasons inconsistent with these policies, including dissatisfaction with cosmetic results, failure to read product descriptions, customer ordering errors, refusal to accept delivery, requests for shipping refunds, or any matter expressly addressed by these policies, may be considered invalid and vigorously contested.

JEHESMIPA LLC reserves the right to deny future purchases, suspend customer accounts, cancel pending orders, refuse service, or pursue any legal remedy available when fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, repeated unreasonable refund requests, false claims, or misuse of the payment dispute process is suspected.

Orders identified by our fraud prevention systems as presenting an elevated risk may be delayed, cancelled, or require additional identity verification before shipment.

JEHESMIPA LLC reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the identity of the purchaser before accepting or shipping any order.
