Refund, Return, Shipping & Purchase Policy

At JEHESMIPA LLC, every product is manufactured under strict quality control standards and carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

Our products are cosmetic products, and because they come into direct contact with the skin, scalp, and hair, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on personal preference, dissatisfaction, change of mind, expected results, hair color, hair condition, application technique, or any other subjective reason. Individual cosmetic results naturally vary from person to person depending on factors such as previous chemical treatments, hair porosity, natural pigmentation, application method, and maintenance. For this reason, our website, advertisements, product descriptions, and customer testimonials should never be interpreted as a guarantee that identical results will be obtained by every customer.

If you wish to return an unopened product, the request must be made within five (5) calendar days after delivery. The product must remain completely sealed, unused, unopened, and in its original condition exactly as it was received. Once inspected and approved, the purchase price of the product will be refunded, less the original shipping cost of $10.99 USD, which represents the outbound shipping service already provided. Return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

Any product that has been opened, used, tested, tampered with, damaged, or returned without its original packaging is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance due to health and safety regulations applicable to cosmetic products.

If an order has already been shipped, modifications are no longer possible. We cannot change products, quantities, shipping addresses, or combine orders after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Should the customer request a replacement shipment after dispatch, all transportation costs will be the customer's responsibility, including both the return shipping charges and the cost of shipping the replacement order. Two separate shipping labels may therefore be required.

Orders may be cancelled only before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

Shipping services are provided by independent third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other logistics companies. Delivery times are estimates only and are outside the control of JEHESMIPA LLC. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, customs inspections, holidays, force majeure events, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be reshipped only after payment of a new shipping charge.

If a customer receives an incorrect product or believes a manufacturing defect exists, notification must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery together with photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, product received, and a description of the issue. JEHESMIPA LLC reserves the exclusive right to determine whether the claim qualifies for replacement under this policy.

Our cosmetic products are intended solely for cosmetic use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers are encouraged to perform a patch test before full application and to carefully follow all directions provided with each product. Use of our products is entirely at the customer's own discretion and responsibility.

Where applicable, our manufacturing facilities and cosmetic products comply with current United States cosmetic regulations. Any FDA registration or cosmetic listing does not constitute FDA approval, certification, endorsement, or evaluation of any cosmetic product.

Any chargeback or payment dispute filed in contradiction to these published policies may be contested using order records, shipment confirmations, delivery confirmations, customer communications, and acceptance of these policies during checkout.
